A: Browse our collections, select your desired items and sizes, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout, where you will enter your shipping details and payment information to complete your purchase.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as payments through PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay for a fast and secure checkout.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all your personal and payment information. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are proudly shipped from our studio in Lubbock, Texas, United States.
Q: What are your shipping options and costs?
A: We offer several shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: After you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and packing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Delivery times will then depend on the shipping method you selected.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States and its territories.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your Exoitx pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Please email us at Returns@exoitx.com with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: For returns due to style or fit, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

A: We provide detailed size charts for every product. Please refer to these charts and take your measurements for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Q: The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
